Like if you win something but give the prize away to someone else which is unacceptable to the rules. You still did right when you gave the prize to someone who wanted it and needed it more.

For example when something bad happens don't think of doing things over or regretting it, cause regrets are always going to be regrets and we can't change the past but we can continue on. Press On. If you can't change what you've done all that's left is to continue and go on will life. Imagine if no one persisted or kept trying.. what world would we live in? Life as we know it, is built on trying and not giving up. If we as humans give up, that leaves us with nothing done or accomplished. Sometimes when it seems like you can't go on, you feel as if there is nothing else you can do, but in the end the only way to truly move on is to get back up and try in the game of life.
