This statement is true. To improve other things you have to improve yourself and your attitude. If you want A's in your classes then YOU pay attention. If you want to run better time in the mile YOU try harder and practice. If you want to join an after school sports team (basketball, etc.) then YOU need to sign up. No one is going to help you if YOU don't help yourself first. Improve for the better not for the worst. It all starts with you, no one but you, what YOU do is all that matters in the end. Want to improve on your life? Well improve on yourself for starters.
