Make an objective, a goal, a key focus, and that'll help you succeed. Like in soccer, you're main focus is the goal. You will push yourself towards it, and try to reach it. You'll try your hardest to score. So you go on that invisible line of concentration and focus. You can focus on a lot of things. Another example is if you want to talk to someone, you only look forward to that person and you're objective is to converse with them. If you keep your focus on that and not let the insecurities on your left or your shyness on your right, weigh you down. You'll talk to them. The main thing is to focus only on that objective.
