If you're doing something good, what is to fear? Nothing, you simply are doing good. You can't be punished for being good and if you are, in the end it won't matter because you know you did something good and you know what really happened. I guess in a way sometimes doing good can get us in trouble but for the most part it can't and probably won't.
Do good, and no harm can come to you. No fear shall be felt.
